It is said that it takes 21 days to create a habit. With that in mind, I have created this beginner’s meditation series.

How It Works
This course will help you create a daily practice that is doable for wherever you are on your meditation journey. This includes my 5 Steps To Meditation process, my Meditation 101 printable handbook, and a printable meditation journal.
My guided meditations will lead you into deeper awareness. My teaching style is mind-body-spirit unified. The focus in this course will be on both Vipassana and Metta Meditations.
Vipassana, also known as insight meditation, is one of the oldest Buddhist meditation practices. In Anapana you will learn to concentrate on the breath, supersede the conscious mind and become free from the 'monkey mind'.
The Metta meditations will take you on a path to cultivating love, friendliness, kindness, and goodwill toward yourself and others. I will guide you in these meditations so that you may become comfortable doing them on your own after this 3 week course.

Class Details
⫸ We will meet for 21 consecutive days on Zoom.
These daily classes consist of 60 minutes of instruction, practice, and Q&A time.
⫸ You will be sent the Meditation 101 printable handbook.
⫸ Class time is at 7pm EST, everyday for a consecutive 21 days.
Dates: Feb 13, 2023 - March 5, 2023
Total of 21 sessions
⫸ You will be asked to login 10 minutes prior so that we can start on time. If you join in too late and the meditation has started, I will not be able to admit you and you will have to watch the replay. The printable hand book will be sent to your inbox 48 hours prior to class start date.
